2nd Annual Talk and Taste

Thanks to all who joined us for the 2nd Annual Talk & Taste!

An inspirational evening with extraordinary individuals who have positively impacted the health and quality of life of people around the world.

MedShare’s Western Region held the 2nd annual Talk & Taste on June 23 at AT&T Park in San Francisco. Guests heard captivating stories of inspiration, networked with San Francisco’s distinguished community, and sampled delicious global fare. This year, honorees included:

  • Dr. Noha Aboelata, founder and CEO of Roots Clinic and Oakland STOMP, finds and treats homeless patients on the streets of Oakland.
  • Sister Ijeoma Okoye Op, chief administrator of St. Dominic Catholic Hospital, provides needed care to women and children in one of the poorest regions of Nigeria.
  • Emily Rymland, founder of Em’s Health Clinic and a medical mission leader, provides HIV care to rural communities in Uganda.

A matching gift fund of $25,000 was established with the generosity of Bay Area Supporters.
