With Free & Charitable Clinics playing an ever-expanding role in reaching individuals who face barriers to healthcare access, MedShare is expanding our efforts to serve you. By providing you with access to vital medical supplies at little to no cost, your clinic can apply those savings to direct care for more vulnerable individuals and families -- aligning perfectly with MedShare's mission.
Minimum Requirements to Become a Clinic Partner
- Have approved 501(c)(3) status (or be operating under the fiscal sponsorship of another approved 501(c)(3) entity)
- Have been in operation for at least 12 months since receiving your 501(c)(3) designation
- Maintains a physical address that is not a personal home for clinical healthcare services and/or supplies storage (for clinics which provide mobile services)
- Has a functional organizational website
If you meet the above criteria, the first step is to complete and submit the following application. If you’ve applied and were already approved, use your username and password, sign in here. If you previously submitted an application but have not yet received an approval email to begin using the MedShare online ordering system, please email orders@medshare.org with your Contact Name, Organization Name and Account Number to receive your log-in credentials.
