Jason Montagna is Operations Director at MedShare, where he leads efforts to deliver critical medical supplies to underserved communities worldwide. Since joining MedShare in 2014, he has played a key role in strengthening the organization’s operational capacity and expanding its global impact.
With over 15 years of nonprofit management experience, Jason focuses on advancing operations that support access to care and deepen mission-driven impact. He began his career in warehousing and logistics with FedEx and FastCorp before transitioning into nonprofit work, where he held roles at Vantage Health System and AHRC NYC. He is a member of the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM). His work is grounded in a commitment to advancing global health equity through thoughtful, mission-driven operations leadership.
