Amazon

Amazon provides critical logistics support as well as funding for MedShare programs. Currently, pallets of vital medical products are housed at Amazon's warehouse hub in Atlanta -- ready to be deployed at a moment's notice in support of our Disaster Relief efforts around the world. Amazon recently delivered primary care, orthopedic and wound care products to provide immediate relief to individuals injured as a result of multiple natural disasters in 2023.

athenahealth's social impact platform, athenaGives, focues on expanding access to high-quality healthcare for all today and supporting STEM education to ensure the development of providers and technologists who will drive access to high-quality healthcare for all tomorrow. While athenahealth has provided financial support for MedShare programs, the company's employees around the country have volunteered to assemble thousands of MedShare Clean Birthing Kits, which are designed to help create a safe and clean birth environment for women in marginalized communities around the world who do not have access to quality maternal health services.

Since its first donation to MedShare in 2006, Henry Schein has provided more than 437,000 pounds of medical supplies worth approximately $6 million to support the organization’s work with more than 500 health agencies in 84 countries. Most recently, Henry Schein, Inc., announced its donation to create MedShare’s Disaster Relief Program Fund. The Fund will provide MedShare with the funding needed to send supplies to disaster-affected areas immediately, instead of waiting to raise funds in the wake of a specific disaster.

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Disney graciously donated one million cloth face masks to MedShare for children and families in underserved and vulnerable communities across the United States. In addition, Disney donated all profits from the sales in the U.S. of Disney’s cloth face masks to MedShare -- amounting to a $1 million+ donation in support of MedShare's community-based programs.
