Each year, Charles Redding, CEO & President, travels with twenty of MedShare’s most generous financial donors and members of the Board of Trustees to one of the countries MedShare has served. The MedShare Impact Trip is an opportunity to see, first hand, the impact of MedShare’s work at a variety of clinics and hospitals in a specific country. In past years, the Impact Trip has visited Haiti, Kenya, Nicaragua, Guatemala and many other locations.
The mixture of stunning scenery, interesting travel companions, and grateful recipients makes each trip a unique and meaningful experience.
“MedShare is truly improving healthcare systems and lives for those across the world… in places where people need it the most. Personally, it was the most special of honors to accompany MedShare’s great group and to be one of their ambassadors.”
–Dr. Carl Kihm
Leader of regular medical mission teams with MedShare
“What a surge of pride we all felt to see firsthand the supplies for the clinic that were being used to help others in a small village in Nicaragua. … What we do at MedShare really does matter – and combined with the efforts of so many others in places near and far – come together to make a positive difference in the lives of others. That’s the power of community.”
