King & Spalding Cookbook: So Sous Me

Proceeds to fund shipments to Liberia

Tis the season to cook, eat and eat some more, and we are excited to announce the launch of the King & Spalding international cookbook, So Sous Me. The cookbook features over 450 recipes submitted by employees of the firm's offices around the world.

All proceeds of the cookbook sales will go to MedShare for shipments to the African country of Liberia, because of their working relationship with King & Spalding. They established strong ties with Liberia through their pro bono work for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Liberia as well as for their government.

"With an infant mortality rate of 144 deaths per 1000 live births and a majority of the population existing on less than $1 per day, the shipment of a 40-foot container will have an immeasurable impact," said Nell Diallo of MedShare.

The cookbook costs $20 excluding shipping fees. Accepted forms of payment are cash or check ONLY, and checks are payable to King & Spalding. Simply download the order form and mail it directly to King & Spalding and they will ship your cookbook within 7-10 business days.
