MedShare International has a dual mission of providing humanitarian medical aid to economically developing countries and of helping to improve our local environment. MedShare recovers and delivers medical goods that are valuable and needed, but discarded by U.S. medical institutions. Shipments are sent to qualified healthcare facilities in economically developing countries and are customized to ensure that 100% of the medical materials are needed and will be used.

Working at MedShare International can provide for a challenging yet extremely rewarding experience. Every day is different here at MedShare whether we are shipping a container of medical supplies to Kenya, educating and working with our volunteers or have a head of state visiting.

Although MedShare has distinct departments, all staff work together as a team with volunteer coordinators, development staff, logistics and warehouse personnel and various other managers supporting and enriching each other's efforts. It is this open and dynamic environment that has drawn the best people to MedShare and kept these same people with the organization for years.

MedShare has a competitive benefits package offering all full-time employees (32+ hours) complete health and dental coverage. In addition, MedShare offers an attractive paid vacation schedule and paid sick time. The organization provides ample opportunities to learn about global health issues, medical supply chains and philanthropic fundraising.

MedShare International is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on age, gender, race or ethnic origin, religion, veteran status, physical or medical condition, political affiliations or sexual orientation.
